Private classes

Private Vinyasa Flow Classes:

Choose from a 60 to 75 minute flow class customized to meet your needs / the needs of the group.

Private Yin Yoga Classes:

This 75-minute Yin/Restorative session will leave you feeling relaxed, de-stressed, and lighter. It includes assisted stretching, massage / hands-on adjustments, and aroma therapy.

Private Soundbaths:

Offer a sound bath at your next event! Choose from a simple, meditative sound bath, or add in a stretching/yoga component as well.



My teaching philosophy.

 

Breath.

Breath, to me, is the most important part of your practice. You could lay down for an entire hour and breath, and leave feeling just as good as if you practiced movement. You’ll hear me cue a lot to breath, and my classes are taught as a link between postures and breath.

Feeling.

I encourage all of my students to tap into how class (the postures, the breath, the movement) FEELS. It’s not about what poses look like, but how they feel to you at the time of practice. Sure, postures can be pretty, but being perfectly in a pose just means that it feels perfect to you.

Space.

My goal as a teacher is to provide my students with time and space for themselves. It’s time for them to give back to their body, to do what feels good, and reflect on anything they need to reflect on. Expect quiet moments filled with your own breath.

These self-guided practices encourage you to move your body in a way that feels good and supportive. Choose from 20-30 minutes Vinyasa flows, restorative/yin sessions, and meditations.
